“I found the course was informative but nowhere near comprehensive enough for the price. The assessment questions are far too easy and there aren't enough of them. I was also expecting to find out how to label my food.”

“I only found the first two modules useful as they actually covered how to be legally compliant to set up a home baking business. However, I was quite disappointed to realise it didn't go as in-depth as expected, instead, there are constant links to take other paid courses. I found quite a few articles and youtube videos that provided much more information while still being organised and as concise as possible. The last few modules on social media, business plan, etc. are simply not worth paying for. There are 1000s of resources out there explaining how this works, and this training only touches the very surface. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this course. However, I took the level 2 safety & hygiene course prior, which was MUCH better and I do recommend.”
