I think this course is excellent for training newer members of the team and FOH staff, however it is fairly basic and probably not as useful for venue managers and learning how to deal with more specific incidents of customer conflict.

Important summary of issues but could do with more scenarios eg parties, private parties, restaurant, wedding, outdoor events etc. Could also do with filmed scenarios and examples of language used as an appetiser to other courses.
