“A really useful course exploring Coaching / Mentoring in more detail. When mentoring in the past, I took a very informal view on my approach, however, the course has taught me the benefits of increasing the formality of these sessions and gaining a better experience for both mentor and mentee. This is a great place to start your journey as a newly installed mentor.”

“Quite a lot of text on the slides and very in depth, may be a little too much for some people to concentrate on for fairly long periods of time, sometimes basic animation and shorter explanations have more impact.”
