I don't work in an organization and I was looking for a programme to help me learn to coach and mentor other people who work in my business sector. Due to this, a lot of the training was completely unnecessary to me as there is no organization that I or my potential clients work for. I didn't notice this on the webpage where I found the course initially. Perhaps it should be made clearer.
