Sobering course and hard to sit through in one session so I'd advise scheduling time to stagger completing it. Doesn't preach, simply informs. Would have liked a bit on what happens to those involved once and safeguarding incident is reported. Knowing what comes after this stage might reduce fear of consequences which can prevent someone coming forward in the first place.
