“The course was challenging and informative. It wasn't easy to hear some of the stories. Still, it is important to recognise our responsibility to ensure that all people are protected and safe when engaging in community activities in our care and to know the proper procedures if something occurs. Additionally, the course emphasises the importance of having policies in place and promoting best practices for all.”
