“A very comprehensive course and as I see it covering all aspects of safeguarding in sport. The problem is that as competently as as the student tries to carry out the procedures, it is unlikely that in every case the correct action will be taken due to the magnitude of information to follow. By and large sports clubs are run by volunteers with limited time on their hands.”

“I certainly learned a lot. I thought it was over the top in several respects but have to admit that the situations have arisen, if rarely. For a small club the amount to know means that an existing expert is probably the way to go for us; knowing what to do in situations requiring reporting can then be handed over quickly to someone who knows.”
