“The comment was overly wordy and voice over made it very monotone and difficult to engage. More templates for clubs to update their systems would of been helpful i.e. What does good look like and differentiate between paid club officials and volunteers in terms of expectations.”

“Good course, I would probably have less of the sports presenters on there talking and get straight to the course. I like the options of the questions, how they are presented- not having to write, just selecting the correct answer.”
