“This is perfect in pitch and content for me to share with the karate club of which I am a member. I like that the training contains real stories from well known individuals, as this helps to illustrate that this is a topic that is relevant to everyone. The structure of interspersing sections highlighting important details with live narrative helps to engage the person taking the training. Really good. Thank you”
