“I found this really informative and easy to understand. I think this would be a great resource/course for Cooks to give them a better understanding of the EHOs role, and the rating system. One bad thing, on your infographic of the open fridge and where to store things, eggs are listed twice, once on the dairy shelf and once on the bottom shelf. The listing for eggs on the dairy shelf needs to be removed, or are you meaning cooked/prepared eggs such as quiches/egg mayonnaise etc?”
