“I struggled to find video examples online of different types of conversations and examples of different types of body language, it would be better if the course was to suggest some. Also, including some more videos in the course might make it more interesting. It is very dry and is basically just a powerpoint being electronically read out. It could do with being made a little more interesting. Otherwise, it made valid points and tips which were helpful.”
