“I think the course, more than anything, promotes a more professional and optimistic approach to leadership. It helps you understand that management and leadership starts with yourself, and if carried out correctly, gains trust and allows the ability to confidently teach and coach others. Emotional intelligence and time management were also unexpected but helpful aspects of the course. The course also balances simple common sense and good examples and analogies, alongside more complex matters and how to understand them but more importantly deal with them. What was also great is learning at your own pace in a fun manor. I have completed this course as a managing director, and have also enrolled my production manager and team leaders so that we can all align our thoughts, plans, progression, and support the expectations of our peers and employees. Really beneficial and enjoyable as a bonus”

“Most of the information on the course appears to be a lot of management spiel accrued from a google search. The narrative appeared cold and lacked personal experience, whilst relying upon celebrity quotes. It is more aimed at large corporations rather than startup businesses looking to grow a team from nothing. I learnt some vital tools but most practises I am already implementing through observing past good leaders I have worked under.”
