“The workbook was really helpful. Lots of useful acronyms and in particular the sections concerning underperformance and setting expectations with colleagues were the most useful for me personally. However, I feel there could be more interactive elements embedded into the course pages, to reinforce these ideas and help the user to learn 'on the go'.”
