“It is an excellent course with lots of resources. However, some of the external resources were dead links or did not work - one of the personality tests for leadership was very long and then by the time you finish it, it does not show you the result without paying $30.”

“A good course overall, it gave me some food for thought and useful resources to take forward in my approach to leadership and management. Could perhaps go into a bit more detail of the abilities needed to deal with performance issues where the underlying cause is medical, as this is quite common in this day and age with mental health issues being talked about more and the effect that Covid had on staff members.”
