“Excellent Course 10/10 Only 1 issue. that is Task 19 Assertiveness page 6 of 20 (Health and Safety Executive Toolkit - How to be Assertive) comes up with a page error 404. Other than that, a fantastic course. kind Regards Peter Bailey”
