“Great course. Loved the mix of video, speech and reading text with images and having the ability to mute, speed up and slow down the speech. The extra resources are a great asset and the workbook really helps you to apply this to your own situation. Even if you think you don't have much to learn as a Manager, I would really recommend this course.”

“This training is brilliant however one point I would like to make is that the work book assumes that you are already and Team Leader/Manager so a lot of the questions and answers dont apply for someone that is not in that role but looking to get into that role”
