“Enjoyed the content and format, it provides a lot of good skill basis and ideas. I think it's a bit lacking in the practical skills and applying them. Using terms like lead by example, while not explaining to the average joe. Overall this is good basis level course for anyone going into or in management”

“The course has good content and a plethora of helpful resources. Certainly a good introduction to leadership and management. My only qualm is I found it a little brief and felt there was room for more examples to support the learning.”
