“The course was good but could definitely be improved. The workbook included wouldnt save any of the information inputed as you went along, so if you clicked on the links, everything you'd already written was wiped, so it would only really work if you printed it . I found this quite frustrating. It would also be really helpful to include videos showing what would have been appropriate responses etc in the work place senarios. You were asked what you would say in a certain senario, but if you were unsure, there was no guidance after the fact.”
