“A good course overall, it gave me some food for thought and useful resources to take forward in my approach to leadership and management. Could perhaps go into a bit more detail of the abilities needed to deal with performance issues where the underlying cause is medical, as this is quite common in this day and age with mental health issues being talked about more and the effect that Covid had on staff members.”
