Hi Jayne, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate it! I’m really sorry to hear that you found some questions poorly worded. If you can let us know what questions these were, I can feed this back to the relevant team to look into. If learners get a question incorrect on an assessment, we do encourage them to go back through the modules and revisit the topics. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future. “The training contained signs and symptoms of different types of abuses which is good to know. However, if possible solution could have included in the training this would make the training more effective and relevant.”
