“It was quite hard hitting and very made me feel terribly sad, but at the same time empowered to know exactly what to do when faced with a safeguarding issue at work. I learned a lot and realise that every case identified is categorised to ensure the right level of support is targeted at it. It has definitely made me more confident and proactive in this area.”
