In the first question regarding what is NOT acceptable when obtaining consent, the options to answer were ambiguous as they included 'verbal consent' as an option. Verbal consent was not listed or considered as an acceptable method to obtain consent within the course content. Although verbal consent is acceptable within GDPR law, there are certain processes to record/document verbal consent which are also not covered within the course material. The correct answer (An unsubscribe option) was indeed covered within the course, I feel that it would be fairer to learners if this additional information was added to the course content or if the answer option was removed from the assessment.
