“I read faster than the trainer, and tend to turn the sound down and read the content as I find this is easier to understand than by listening to the delivery. However the pause between finishing reading and waiting for the page to allow me to progress is distracting, as is wondering whether the page has finished loading content. I would find it easier if the page downloaded the complete content and perhaps changed the colour of each paragragh as it was read out. I would also like to be able to continue to the next page once I had finished reading , rather than wait for it to be read out as this is confusing and irritating for me.”

Hello Georgia,, thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you felt the course was too slow. I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again!
