“The presentation is too slow, and you can not click to load it faster on each slide, if you read fast you have to wait for the presetation to load, even if you turn of the audio and set the speed to fast.”

“Hours and hours of un-skippable, monotonous content is not the way I hoped training would take place in 2024. Not only that, questions worded deliberately obtuse are not a sure fire way to see if the ‘trainees’ have learned the course content. I’ve left the course frustrated and having learned absolutely nothing about GDPR. Great work.”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference.
