“some of the questions and potential answers were inaccurate. For instance, Question 2 should have been more specific or have "none of the above." as one of the answers. The appropriateness of the methods for collecting personal data depends on the type and sensitivity of the information being collected. In addition, the GDPR mandates that consent be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Therefore, the suitability of a consent method also depends on whether it meets these requirements. Hence, the answer to the question is that none of the options are inherently unacceptable for obtaining consent as it relies on the specific circumstances and whether the method meets the GDPR requirements.”
