“The powerpoint is too slow. Would be a lot more efficient if the training was more to the point and also had interactive excercises throughout to break up the reading.”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again! “i actually hate your modules. imagine you were reading a book and you'd finished a page but someone stopped you from turning the page until a time they chose. Please make the next button instantly show the next text. Your transition delays are ridiculous, there was a 41 second delay on this module at one point!! Have a look at your analytics. Are people pressing a disabled next button millions of times? Maybe you need to let them move on when they want. Apologies for the rant but i left more polite feedback last year making the same points. I detest filling your forms and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and oh great theres more words and i've read them but no, you won'r give the next part until YOU DECIDE. For the love of god, sort this out”

Hello Glen, thank you for your feedback. I have responded to the last review that you gave making the same points, but I can only assume you musn't have seen it as I'm not sure if you are using the faster audio option. I will repeat it for you in this review also for your convenience. We have a responsibility as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. The transition delays and not allowing the "Next" button to instantly show is done so that learners are not flicking through the course without paying proper attention to the content, and then getting frustrated when they can't answer a question or fail the assessment. There is a settings button within our courses (look out for the cog symbol near the next and previous buttons) and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this message reaches you next time.
