“Ironic that you provide a really long course which includes a lot of information about not processing unnecessary personal data and only collecting what you need, yet when you ask users to sign up for this service which is mandated by employers you ask them to fill out three 'secret answer' questions about their life, which you then don't use if they need to log in or have a password reset... It's also unnecessary to send the certificate to people in the post, this seems environmentally unfriendly when you also provide a pdf copy they could print. Seems like an unnecessary excuse to collect data on people's home address, alongside all the other data you collect about their place of employment/job titles/three questions about their childhood etc.”
