“Easy and straightforward to complete. It wasn't made clear until immediately after I paid for and started the course that it was not appropriate for renewing my first aid certificate. Quizzes and assessment, although novel, were easily guessable, even without completing the training. They didn't really do anything to check or improve my skills. It would be useful, if referring back to an earlier page again, not to have to wait for the page to reload one little bit at a time.”
