“The content was clear and uncluttered. It provided me with action points to do when I get back to work. Regarding CPR - the speed of compressions is important and I would have liked to have seen an example of the speed necessary for it to be effective ie a metronome sound. - no where was it signalled what a 'normal' heartbeat was - the SJA training I attened was more covid aware and said that as first aiders we should not put our faces down to the child's but merely rest our hand on the child's abdomen to feel for breathing.”
