“Very pleased with my purchase.The lock has a rubberised coating so wont scratch paintork etc.
Good solid design and easy to operate.I may not totally prevent the teft of my motorbike but it will deter all but the most determined thieves.
I purchased the cover for the lock and it will fit nicely in my topbox when not in use.
The tell tale reminder of the lock being on is a useful feature to have.

Thanks for contacting us, we're sorry for any disappointment caused by this, however the code is not applicable to the DX1000. The code can be used on most of our other products though!

We're sorry to hear though that this wasn't recognised by your insurer, the DX1000 is Sold Secure rated so should be recognised. We'll look into this our end to see if there's anything we can do to help get this lock recognised!
