“I purchased my DX1000 and missed the delivery from the courier due to unplanned travel for work. The courier returned to sender. I contacted HipLok customer service to apologise that I missed the delivery and asked how much it would cost to re-send it. I was told it was no problem they would re-send without any additional charge. The courier was very slow returning the lock to them, but again no problem. They would send me another lock while they chased the courier. Talk about going the extra mile to look after your customer is an understatement. Hiplok have customer service the equals the quality of their products, and that’s saying something, because the quality of the lock is second to none. The thick rubberised covering ensures that the lock never marks my motorcycle. Hopefully I never get to test the resistance to angle grinder attack :o)

“A substantial Motorcycle U Lock large enough to fit around front wheel and tyre . Not yet tested for angle grinding resistance, and hope it never will, however hope it is enough of a deterrent for most opportunistic thieves”
“The best qaulity D Lock on the market that gives me peace of mind. Fits on the front wheel of my GSX-8S then to a ground anchor.
Only gripe is it can be a little fiddly sometimes when turning key to the locked position.”

“Quality product. Just need to be about 30mm wider and have the ability to distinguish itself from other U locks by being a brighter colour. To allow mine to fit I had to remove part of the rubber. It’s costly but in the long run I hope it doesn’t have to prove its worth.
Also please cut down on the amount of e mails it’s putting me off rather than going back to the web site”
