“It is my pleasure to update my review posted a few days ago. Basically I was not impressed by my experience with the product and ordering process. Well the company was very proactive to find out the cause of my displeasure. They checked my order and found where I had ran into trouble and also saw I should have had a discount applied, which I did not mention in my review as it wasn’t about the cash.
The company got in touch and explained what was happening and I was very impressed with the step taken.”
