“Would not advise anybody l know to order from this company. I got the order wrong and tried to get in touch but could only send emails which only get read during office hours. After phoning first thing In the morning I was told they couldn't do anything. I had to pay again and then they got the order wrong on the main basic thing present late.”
“Very disappointing. I ordered an anniversary book for my parents which came embossed with my dad’s birth date on the front instead of their wedding date. I hadn’t even requested a date to be embossed.
Whilst I received a refund without question (it was too late to get a replacement), I was short of a personalised ruby wedding anniversary gift for my parents. So if you’re going to order, order in plenty time so mistakes can be rectified.”
