“I was really looking forward to trying this assortment to find my new 'go-to' drink flavour for going on a run. However I've found my digestive system has gotten upset shortly after each run when I drank one of these. I asked the customer service team about this and whether there was something that could be causing this, and I received a very generic 'look at the website for ingredients' reply. It was such a disappointing response when I was so excited to try and enjoy this brand.”

We can't give medical advice on this, so we'd really encourage you to check in with your doctor about the digestive reaction you're noticing. On the ingredients side, composition does vary by flavour. Our drinks don't contain fruit pieces or seeds, though some flavours or extracts may be naturally derived, so it's worth reviewing the specific ingredient list for the flavour you tried.
