“First had this dish outdoors at my daughter's house in Crouch End deep in Lockdown 1 when we could first join two households but had to be outside, and since then, have had it several times, both at my daughter's house and at home, and always loved it. So, I hate to be less than 100 % positive about this dish which always reminded me of the pure joy that good food brought our family in those dark days of First Lockdown, when so many other pleasures were denied us, but have to say that this time I was a bit disappointed that there was hardly any sauce, and so the rice and beans and even the chicken (which was as tasty as ever) all seemed a bit dry.”
