Everything was beautiful until I opened the box with the glasses. I reached out to customer service, sent them photos of the broken glass. Their promit response was fantastic, they got a replacement glass sent to me by the next day. Thank you so much! I know he will be happy with his gifts!”
“Ordered a total of 6 engraved whiskey glasses as Christmas gifts. The order arrived with one broken glass (suggest you pay the extra for shipping damage). The glasses were not exactly packed as one would hope for shipping glass, but they readily agreed to replace the broken glass and I am waiting for it to arrive. Customer service seems good.
