I ordered a custom decanter and anxiously awaited it's arrival. When it arrived, it was unexpectedly 'musical.' Though seemingly well packaged, it had broken during shipping. I contacted HomeWetBar and had an intact replacement within a very short period of time. Very happy!!

I'm extremely glad I purchased the Shipping Protection. Although the package was clearly marked "Fragile – Handle with Care," the shipping carrier unfortunately mishandled the custom display case I ordered to hold my father's memorial flag. When it arrived, the glass was shattered. I contacted HomeWetBar customer service, explained the situation, and included a photo of the damage. Their response was outstanding. Without any hassle, delays, or additional questions, they immediately arranged for a replacement. The new display case arrived within a week and was in perfect condition. For $5.95, the Shipping Protection provided complete peace of mind and made what could have been a frustrating experience quick and stress-free. I highly recommend it.

One of my glasses was damaged however I sent an email to support and they responded very quickly and already send me a new order number for my replacement. I was upset it was broken but so happy to hear they would replace it right away! Great customer service!
