“The product was very good, very well packaged and the engraving was very well done. The wooden box gave it a nice presentation. The only problems is that the box was detached from 2 of the sides, I had to glue it myself together.”
“We sent a gift box with beer mugs as an anniversary gift for our son and daughter in-law. It arrived shattered in pieces. I contacted them, and they immediately sent out a replacement. We are very pleased with the quick response. BUT since only 1 beer mug was broken, they only sent 1 beer mug. How petty is that? You should’ve just replaced the whole order.”
“This was a going away gift for a team member, but when it arrived the name was spelled wrong. This is normally a back and forth process that takes weeks to resolve. But their team responded within minutes and had a corrected order at my door in less than a week. Quality is amazing, now I just need to find a reason to get my own.”
“I bought this set for my BF and he and I are very impressed with how very beautiful this set is. The quality of the box as well as the glass is excellent”
“My first purchase from HomeWetBar. Received the box and mugs sooner than expected. Very beautiful! The box and mugs were larger than expected but that is NOT a negative. Exactly what I was looking for. Will purchase again for another birthday gift!”
