“The original float wasn't sealed properly and filled with water causing the bowl to overflow. Hoselink sent a replacement float on the same day that I contacted them. Excellent service and products.”
“This is the second float as the first one must have had a tiny tiny hole in it somewhere that was invisible to the eye and it filled half way with water so it wouldn’t float, hence the water bowl would overflow. The new one I was sent free to replace the old one seems to be working beautifully now. The bowl is at my daughter’s place for her dog who loves fresh water.”

“We had a pet bowl from you which worked for years. Our recent replacement purchase gave up quite quickly. The rivett that acts as an axle for the float corroded fast and now sticks. We had to replace it well before its natural life. Seems the quality of your products is slipping. Connected to hose directly with Sydney water. ....VERY disappointed.”
