“This is the first product we have purchased that we have not liked. It is very flimsy where it attaches to the main water carrier. It also over flows a lot, this is something we are still investigating but so far not working as i would have hoped. This product does not seem anywhere near the same quality of other hoselink products, i think quality when i see hoselink but on this occasion its of poor value. I would shop around and see what else is available before purchasing this product.”

“We purchased two in 2019, and they worked great initially. We had an issue with both when the hose position changes, then they can overfill and flood if not caught.Looks like there is an issue with how the hose connector and float mechanism are weakly secured by the housing. If the hose and connector are turned relative to the housing, such as when a dog steps on the hose or the bowl is reassembled after being cleaned, the float level assembly is twisted and can flood. The housing comes clicked together but leaves wiggle room. Tried using cable ties to lock it down, keen to hear if there is a permanent fix.”
“High pitched noisy ballcock operation when restricting last of the fill cycle water flow spooks our small dogs.Apart from that, it a thumbs up from me :)”
