“Well I purchased this product a few months ago and it never seemed right. My tap would squeal if I left it on and there always seemed to be water around the bowl, messy drinking excluded. I got to the point of just filling it and turning the tap off, until one day my hubby left the tap on and I can home to water everywhere (in my pergola - what a waste) so I wrote to the Hoselink team who sent me out a replacement and this one does what it should and the tap stays on. So I must have gotten a lemon first time round (it happens, no biggie), but the Hoselink team sorted it and I couldn’t be happier with this new one. I still have messy drinkers though”
“The auto-fill pet water bowl fixes my issue with a puppy who frequently likes to empty the water bowl with her paws! Refills so that both dogs have 24/7 access to fresh water. My only issue is that water leaks from my garden tap via the connection to my Hoselink hose, so I have to turn the tap off at night.”
