“The Hoselink instructions call for 12mm holes to be drilled into brick walls for the mounting of the hose reel. Using a 12mm hole in the brick results in a loose fit for the plastic mounts. Drilling a 10mm hole in the brick gives a much tighter fit for the plastic mounts and a much stronger installation”

“Hi,Thank you for your email.i not only purchased a 'tap to hose' connector set (which we have purchased many), but i also purchased a 4-way brass tap adapter.I purchased the 4-way brass tap adapter for my husband as a Father's Day present. He is an avid and devoted fan of the HoseLink product range.He has innumerable fittings, hoses, attachments, hose holders, etc, etc.He raves about the product to anyone who will listen.Unfortunately, he is very disappointed with the "4-Way Brass Tap Adapter" that I recently purchased.It leaks substantially from two out of the four outlets..When looking at the adapter from the front (with the lever taps facing you) the second and fourth (left to right) outlets leak substantially, even though the lever taps are turned to the off position.The second outlet produces a fine spray when "OFF".The fourth outlet produces a significant and steady flow when "OFF" which is only slightly less than when the lever is in the "ON" position.We are very disappointed with this item which is, obviously, not functioning correctly.Please advise.”
