“The first time I connected this fitting it leaked. This was after having to wait 7 days after I received the hose reel. I was not happy. The replacement fitting which was sent by express post is working OK, So far. It is either a design fault or quality control. If you are going to sell a unique connection like this, it has to be perfect or eventually you will suffer the consequences of poor sales. Unfortunately for me I would not buy this product again due to this reason”
