“I was not very happy that I had to buy this product as I would have expected the hose I bought for a Christmas present would have come with all the parts needed to work or I would have been informed that the product needed extra bits so I could have bought everything together. Instead my elderly father tried to set up his hose and it wouldn’t work until I got these bits.”

This is quite an odd situation as our Hose Reels do come with a Universal Tap Connector, so it is unusual you did not receive one.
