“Over recent years we have purchased several Hoselink products and we have been entirely satisfied with all products until the tap connector that came with the auto hose reel began to leak. We discovered it had cracked along a thread line. It was still under warranty and we are both very pleased and grateful that it was replaced without hesitation. We are completely satisfied with all of our other Hoselink products and accept that this was an isolated incident. We have even bought starter kits and other bits and pieces for our children and they were really happy to receive and use them. :-)”

“The real product matches the claims on the ads. The connector design makes it easy to screw on to the tap using more of your hand, than first finger and thumb for the opposition type. There is much less wear stress on the O ring of the Hoselink connector when changing attachments. Costs a bit more, but is good value.”
