“Hi. I found the fault with the one supplied with previous hose reel. The large rubber washer inside had a groove in it preventing a good seal on the tap. Causing it to leak slightly. “I love all my hoselink products and have recently decided to switch every hose, tap and accessory on our acreage property to hoselink. The only thing I was disappointed with was that when I tried to connect this product to a popular store bought 2 way metal tap outlet the thread on the hoselink product is too deep in fitting to allow connection.”
