“I have at least four hose fittings that have the flow control lever & now I have had to replace all levers as being made of plastic after a period of time in the weather they all have broken on one side so that the lever becomes useless. These would be far more practical if they were made of metal dependent on the cost. I have said that I wouldn't recommend this product purely due to it's lifespan.”

“It is good to know some people listen to their customers. Since I have been using hoselink products I have sent you a couple of emails regarding 2 products and ways to improve your products. I am sure others have noted the same problems that I had with some of your products so I will not take all the credit. the products that I contacted you about was the swivel joint in the hose connector and the replacement on off handle that kept breaking after a few seasons in the sun. Good to see someone acted on my and I'm sure others advice.”
