“While the support from the team was great, the quality of the product is poor. I have two hose link reels that are only couple years old which have had light use. Both have difficulty retracting all the way, both spray nozzles leak, both triggers were jammed, both levers snapped. While your advertising campaign highlights the no leak connectors (which are good), more work is needed on the rest of the product to provide acceptable customer satisfaction.”
