“this was the easiest repair that i have made should have done earlier as i had three from the inferior product that had all broken now i have spares keep up the excellent commitment to better the product hose link”
“Great. You didn't argue, tell me I had mis-handled the item, you just replaced the original ones free of charge, saying that the originals were of lesser quality than you would like. I 'm impressed.”
“I recently tossed out my old fittings after their levers broke and I could not find replacement levers on your website. I subsequently found them by accident on your website and ordered four extra levers as spares while ordering replacement flow control connectors. Could be easier to locate.”
“A Flow Control broke (after 18mths) & after it was reported to Hoselink I was sent 2 new ones (Bought 2 Hoses) at NO cost. We are very happy with our hoses -they are the best ever in my experience.”
