“When the first lever broke I had to throw the whole fitting out as I couldn't fix it, and so I bought another 3 hose fittings so I would have some spares. When the second one broke, I rang to suggest you make them a bit stronger. Obviously you figured that out for yourselves, and so you sent me 3 new levers at no cost. Thank you very much.
